WHO ARE YOU?

Just a struggling artist looking for ways to make a living. I do illustrations and some original paintings and drawings in a hope to find my true style. Find more of my work and my daily activities on my doodle page here and my art page here.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

YES. I ship everywhere in the world, but please note: I unfortunately cannot accept orders from South America or Mexico with a sale value over USD 50, since packages sent to these locations are often not arriving at their destinations in one piece, or at all.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For international order, delivery is usually approximately 14 working days, but can be up to a month since customs are so unpredictable. Time frames are working days only - post doesn't travel on weekends or bank holidays.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

At the moment, my store does not send automatic shipping confirmations. Orders are usually dispatched in 5 working days, unless stated otherwise (e.g. PREORDER items). Please refer to the first question for delivery times.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I do not give refunds as this is a small business and can't afford to be accountable if you order the wrong size. I also can't exchange items, due to my stock levels. If your item is damaged, then I will refund you in full once evidence of the damage has been received. Descriptions include shirt sizes etc, so please read before you order to avoid disappointment!

PRINTS & ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Prints cannot be shipped with any other items. Please purchase prints or original artworks separately as they have a different shipping methods.

Dadidou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.
The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
The customer is responsible if their packages if it gets redirected back to Dadidou marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Dadidou does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
